By accessing or using TrainAgentAI's website, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
TrainAgentAI provides human intelligence services for AI training, including data collection, annotation, validation, human feedback (RLHF), and robotics data, delivered through a network of vetted contributors and enterprise tooling.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Contributors must meet applicable eligibility and verification requirements before accessing paid tasks.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to circumvent security controls, submitting fraudulent work, scraping or reverse-engineering our systems, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
Enterprise and AI lab customers are billed according to the pricing plan selected at signup or in a signed order form. Contributors are compensated according to the rate associated with each completed and approved task.
All platform software, documentation, and branding remain the property of TrainAgentAI. Ownership of data and deliverables produced under a customer engagement is governed by the applicable order form or data license agreement.
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
TrainAgentAI's services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainAgentAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
