Last updated: June 17, 2026. This page describes how data and deliverables produced through TrainAgentAI are licensed for use by customers.
This Data License governs the rights granted to AI labs, enterprises, and other customers ("Customer") to use datasets, annotations, human feedback, and other deliverables ("Delivered Data") produced through TrainAgentAI's platform and contributor network.
Upon delivery and payment in full, TrainAgentAI grants Customer a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from the Delivered Data for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and operating machine learning and robotics systems, unless a signed order form specifies otherwise.
Contributors who create or provide source data, annotations, or feedback agree, as a condition of participating on the platform, to assign or license the necessary rights in their work product to TrainAgentAI so that it may be licensed onward to customers under this policy.
Customer may not resell or redistribute raw Delivered Data as a standalone dataset product to third parties without written permission, and may not use Delivered Data in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of any individual represented in the data.
Where Delivered Data includes personal data, Customer is responsible for ensuring its use complies with applicable privacy law. TrainAgentAI applies de-identification and minimization practices where appropriate and as agreed with Customer.
TrainAgentAI warrants that Delivered Data will be produced in accordance with the agreed task specifications and quality standards. Except as expressly stated, Delivered Data is provided without further warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
This license survives termination of the underlying services agreement with respect to Delivered Data already paid for, except where Customer is in material breach of this Data License or applicable law.
Where a signed order form or master services agreement contains data licensing terms that differ from this page, the signed agreement controls.
